So I managed to pretty much stick to the photo prompts I was using for one whole week! If you haven’t read my previous post about the what and why of Capture Life 365, then read here! Somewhere near the end of week one I decided that I didn’t want to have to try to take a picture of something from a list when there were things happening around me that I’d much rather photograph and remember. The whole point of doing this is to capture my life as it unfolds, so for now I might do a mix of prompts to help me capture things I might not have thought of, and the rest will be just life as it happens!
Looking up – enjoying the beauty of the Botanical Gardens
Gather - Drew and David sorting our first bean harvest – in Davids words “eh, it’s not good”. Serious discussions were had about whether we’d get caught if the neighbours goats and chickens mysteriously disappeared.
Celebrate – our adventure loving huntsman turned 16 – these years are going by waaay too fast.
Stuck – passing supplies in to Dad while he’s trying to break out of the bathroom! Thanks to an angle grinder and Charlottes cookies he made it out alive!
Lunch – why yes, that would be squirrel on the menu! I’m yet to discover just what it is about catching your own food that makes it so appealing. Ordering it, now that’s appealing!
Sweet – marshmellows and new friends – perfect Saturday afternoon combo!
Bake – there’s something about cookies that just make a house smell like home.
