A day after what we thought was just a regular power outage Pete discovered a little issue with our power box… I’m surprised we get any power at all!
We decided we must be able to solve our problem of falling apart lounge chairs without buying new ones – how hard can it be to make two couches? Recycling timber from a playhut the termites had started to take residence in. Checking each bit carefully for signs of ‘life’!

Back to work on the couches!My view for most of the week thanks to catching a nasty infection from one of the kids. Obviously I wasn’t that sick if I could still take a photo!

No better way to get rid of termite infested wood than to roast marshmallows over it with friends.
