Ok, so I’ve gotten just a little bit behind. Knew it would happen sometime – I’m actually quite surprised I’ve made it this far – anyway, let the catch up begin!

Experienced our first legit Ethiopian meal & coffee ceremony in Uganda with friends – complete with Milli Vanilli, Bryan Adams and Phil Collins blaring in the background – strange combo that somehow just seemed to fit!
Nothing says love like giving your sister a piggy back so she doesn’t have to hop across the car park with an injured ankle.
