Capture life 365–week 23

Ok, so I’ve gotten just a little bit behind. Knew it would happen sometime – I’m actually quite surprised I’ve made it this far  – anyway, let the catch up begin!week 23 2A surprise visit from a Kampala friend we haven’t seen for nearly a year – nothing says it’s so good to see you like a game of twister!

week 23 1Joe spending his birthday in his happy place – riding at the track, meanwhile us girls get to pick out colour coordinated bibs for these sweet porridge covered faces!week 23 3week 23 4You can watch a short clip of one of the Imuka kids favourite games here

week 23 6Celebrating 18 years of Josiah gracing the world with his awesomeness

week 23 7One last meal with friends before another goodbye –  goodbyes never get any easier, but a good friendship is always worth it (she says with tears in her eyes… saying it must be true)

week 23 8I’m sure these guys could’ve fitted a few more layers on top of their sideways truck!

week 23 9Experienced our first legit Ethiopian meal & coffee ceremony in Uganda with friends – complete with Milli Vanilli, Bryan Adams and Phil Collins blaring in the background – strange combo that somehow just seemed to fit!

week 23 10Nothing says love like giving your sister a piggy back so she doesn’t have to hop across the car park with an injured ankle.
