As much as I hate getting up early on cold wintery Saturday mornings, I LOVE watching my kids play sport. I'm not a TV sports fan at all - but watching a live game with my own flesh and blood battling it out on the soccer pitch or netball court and that's a totally different story! You'll find me pacing up and down the sideline, and you'll probably hear me before you actually see me! I've asked the kids if my yelling helps them and they haven't said it doesn't, so I think it must be contributing to their sporting victories!
Last Saturday was extra special cos Jed was playing in Katikati and got to have Nana and Pop watch his game - yet another win due to my sideline help!
